At Holy Spirit Episcopal School, the learning, relationships, and sense of community don’t have to end when the school day does. Ignite After School Care (ASC) provides a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where students can relax, have fun, build friendships, and continue to grow after dismissal.

Designed as an extension of the HSES experience, Ignite ASC gives students the opportunity to enjoy a balance of structured activities, creative exploration, outdoor play, and time to unwind—all while being cared for by members of our school community.

More Than After School Care

Ignite ASC is a vibrant part of the HSES experience where students can connect, explore, and discover new interests. Running on school days from 3:00 - 6:00 PM, each afternoon includes opportunities for students to:

  • Play & Move – Enjoy outdoor play, games, and activities that keep students active and engaged.
  • Create & Explore – Participate in crafts, projects, STEAM activities, and other hands-on experiences.
  • Connect & Belong – Build friendships across grade levels and strengthen their connection to the HSES community.
  • Relax & Recharge – Enjoy time to read, draw, play games, or simply unwind after a full day of learning.
  • Learn & Grow – Develop independence, collaboration, creativity, and other skills through meaningful activities and experiences.

Please note, Ignite ASC is not offered on early release days or on school holidays. Please refer to the latest school academic calendar for these dates.
