Jennifer Huthmacher joined HSES in 2025 as our Head of Early Childhood. Jennifer comes to HSES with wonderful experience in education. Most recently, Jennifer was the Director of Early Childhood at Kipling Elementary and has taught both early childhood and elementary levels. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Learning Development from the University of Texas and her Masters in Special Education from the University of Houston. 

When asked what she loves about working with children, Jennifer says, “Children have such a unique view of the world and their curiosity and honesty are refreshing! I love being part of their growth and development and seeing them grow into their individuality.”

Jennifer is a native Houstonian, proud mom of three (and two dogs!), and happily married for 22 years. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching the ‘stros, crocheting, and reading by the pool.
