JeNeika is a Human Resources leader with 20+ years of experience in the education and corporate sectors, dedicated to creating positive employee experiences through innovative tools and resources. Since joining Holy Spirit Episcopal School (HSES) in 2022, she has led the HR function with a commitment to enhancing the employee experience through modern tools, accessible resources, and strategic initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas College, as well as a master’s in human resources management and an MBA from Dallas Baptist University. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership at the University of the Cumberlands. Beyond her professional role, JeNeika is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), HR Houston, and the American Association of School Personnel Administrators (AASPA). She is equally dedicated to giving back to the community, volunteering with organizations that uplift women, children, and the arts. In her free time, JeNeika enjoys attending cultural events, exploring new books, and sharing her love for music through singing. |
