Levels of Prevention
We have developed a prevention plan that levels restrictions based on the number of cases within our school and the trends within our local community. In the spring of 2022, we moved from a "Level 3" to a "Level 2" prevention stage that reduces restrictions, including mask policies, using a safe approach.

RECENT UPDATES
As cases in our area and school decreased, we were able to reduce the safety restrictions for students and teachers in Primary 3 through eighth grade. Now, due to recent CDC updates that highlight more research specific to our younger population, we have revised the guidelines for the current Level 2 – Minimal Risk prevention methods to also include Early Childhood in optional masking, effective Monday, March 7, 2022. REPORT A POSITIVE CASE
Self-report a positive case to the school clinic. This form applies to students and staff only, and the information provided is strictly confidential. The nurses will contact each person who submits a form to provide guidance and next steps.
