We are committed to ensuring that a broad range of families can afford an HSES education now and into the future. We understand that families may need additional flexibility. HSES makes every effort to work with families by offering various payment options that align with individual circumstances.
Parents of students entering kindergarten through eighth grade may apply for Financial Aid to bridge the gap when the cost of an HSES education is beyond a family's ability to pay. Many factors are considered when determining the Financial Aid award, including income, assets, unusual expenses, and the size of the family.
The school cannot estimate the Financial Aid award without the completion of a FACTS Grant and Aid application. Applications are submitted directly to FACTS, a third-party financial review agency that evaluates the application based on criteria set by the school and makes a recommendation to the school’s Financial Aid Committee. The Head of Finance and Business Operations notifies applying families about their Financial Aid award.
Unfortunately, the school is not always able to meet the full demonstrated need of all deserving students. HSES works within its available resources to make the school accessible to as many families as possible.
What if Financial Aid is not enough?
Schedule a meeting with the Business Office to review the details and discuss tuition payment options. There may be additional information that might impact the outcome of the tuition decision.

TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS
Holy Spirit Episcopal School requires parents of primary through middle school students to enroll in the FACTS Tuition Management Plan if they choose the monthly or semester tuition payment plans. Located in Lincoln, Nebraska, FACTS serves nearly 5,000 K-12 schools in payment processing and Financial Aid assessment combined.
Monthly withdrawals are scheduled on the first of the month. The first payment is due on May 1st. Remaining payments are due August through April, for a total of ten payments. Please be assured that neither the School nor FACTS will have access to or any knowledge regarding the status of an individual’s bank account.
