JeNeika has been committed to her Human Resources career for over 20 years, serving employees in the education and corporate sector to ensure they receive quality support and benefits. She joined HSES in 2022 to oversee the HR functions and has dedicated her time to enhance the employee experience with updated tools and accessible resources. JeNeika earned a bachelor's in science from Texas College and a master's in human resources management, followed by an MBA from Dallas Baptist University. When she is not participating in her membership duties with the Society for Human Resource Management, HR Houston, or the National Black MBA association, she is volunteering for local  community service efforts she holds dear to her heart that support women, children and the arts. During her free time, JeNeika also enjoys attending cultural events, reading, and singing.
