Listed below are the required tests by grade level. If applicable, testing incurs a fee and is noted next the item. All test and evaluation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Early Childhood:   For 3 & 4 year olds and Voyager (Bridge), schedule an interview and an observation with the Director of Admissions, the Early Childhood Coordinator or an early childhood teacher.

Lower & Middle School:

• Kindergarten admissions test given by a certified diagnostician at HSES ($55.00).
• 1st grade admissions test given by a certified diagnostician at HSES ($125.00).
• 2nd - 4th grades, a standardized achievement test given by a grade level teacher at HSES ($75.00) or a grade level evaluation given by the Director of Admissions or a grade level teacher ($55.00).
• 5th - 8th grades, an Independent Schools Entrance Exam, or "ISEE", given at a designated site or a standardized achievement test given by a grade level teacher at HSES ($75.00).
• All grade level evaluations are given by the Director of Admissions or a grade level teacher at HSES ($55.00).
