Following is the documentation required by the school with all applications for enrollment.

• Previous academic school records, school testing data, and pertinent information regarding the student.
• Completed teacher recommendation form(s) sent to the Director of Admissions (teacher recommendation forms are available from the Admissions Office).
• Scheduled interview with the Director of Admissions or with the teacher at the time of testing.
